NOW HERE'S A THOUGHT...
On some occasions you'd like a sounding board or a second pair of eyes. At other times, you'd welcome some fresh thinking, experienced counsel or perhaps safe-hands help in executing a demanding
project. All of the time, you'd like the flexibility to make the call, as and when you require; certain in the knowledge that you'll get the experience and total commitment of someone who has run several of his own successful, substantial companies and so can work quietly, without the need for fame or fanfare. If you are a senior executive and that sounds like the sort of thing you'd welcome, then, talk to K2 Value Creation. You will get access to proven experience in maximising shareholder value, along with developing business strategy and human resource programmes, operations management and corporate finance.
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT - THE OFFERING
Perhaps you are in a large corporate and your senior executive team would really benefit from having an on-going mentor quietly sitting at their shoulder for a while.
Maybe you are in a privately owned company. It is a successful, family directed business with a say, $30M plus turnover. Now comes the transition and its associated strategic challenge. The founder wants to ease out, but would like the security of a decision companion who is both at arms length and has travelled this route before.
Perhaps you are a start up, with game changing technology, but with limited or no cash, and you want to take on the world. How does the business grow without giving away control? You want a sounding board to assess potential business partners.
Potentially you have a key executive who no longer fits. You need this person to depart the organisation gracefully and develop a career elsewhere. A sensitive project, but one that needs to be handled to ensure the company's ongoing development.
Your business needs a Non Executive Director with a unique set of skills to contribute to the debate about strategy and direction. You want a trusted advisor who can find the best person that will also represent a cultural fit.
